Christmas 2023
Celebrate a traditional Scottish Christmas at Greywalls, where we have created a wonderfully decadent package that will allow you to enjoy a tranquil yet fun filled three day break.
Greywalls Hotel is uniquely situated on the edge of Muirfield championship golf course with stunning views over East Lothian and the Firth of Forth. Overlooking the world famous greens of the 9th & 18th holes, it has earned itself a reputation as 'a golfers' paradise'!
Start your break on Christmas Eve relaxing in the library or drawing room, by a roaring fire and enjoy full afternoon tea. We begin the evening with a 'Bubbly' reception and Pianist, followed by a candle-lit three course dinner. Hot toddies and mince pies will be served to guests returning from midnight mass.
Wake up on Christmas Day to a stocking outside your door and a glass of Bucks Fizz, followed by breakfast. From 12.30pm our superb Christmas Lunch will be served, preceded by a ‘Bubbly’ reception and pianist. In the afternoon, everyone can enjoy games, unwrap presents or put their feet up and snooze. We can provide walking maps too for those feeling energetic. In the evening we will serve our delicious buffet.

Rise at your leisure for breakfast on Boxing Day then relax in the hotel. Afternoon tea will be served and in the evening we have a ‘Bubbly’ Reception followed by dinner served in our Chez Roux Restaurant from 7.00pm.
3 Night Package – from 24th December 2023
Rates quoted are all per room based on 2 guests sharing and are inclusive of all meals and activities within the three-night package outlined above and VAT.

To secure a room at Greywalls Hotel we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit upon reservation with the final 50% non-refundable payment made by 31st October 2023. Please note that our cancellation policy is 60 days prior to arrival, should you wish to amend or cancel your reservation prior this time, you will forfeit the deposit made up to this point. Reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival are liable to be charged the full cost of the stay. It is advisable that you cover yourself with travel indemnity.
Hogmanay at Greywalls Hotel & Chez Roux
Celebrate a traditional Scottish Hogmanay at Greywalls, where we have created a wonderfully decadent package that will allow you to enjoy a tranquil yet fun filled three day break.

Wake up on Hogmanay and start the last day of Old Year with a leisurely breakfast. Enjoy afternoon tea in front of the fire and prepare to bring in 2024. We will begin the evening with a 'Bubbly' reception followed by our Black-Tie New Year dinner and an evening of music and dancing.

After a hearty breakfast on New Year’s Day, the day is yours to spend as you wish. We would be delighted to recommend local walks or you may just wish to relax and read a good book. A three-course dinner will be served in our Chez Roux Restaurant in the evening, proceeded by a ‘Bubbly’ drinks reception.
